Rathinamangalam Reviews and Ratings (13 Reviews)
I have seen Perne grow slowly. Earlier it was more like a village, now new flats and shops are coming. Still, roads need more work and public transport is weak.
I bought land in Perne about 6 years ago when prices were very low. Since then, some growth has happened. Property value appreciation is slow but steady. Good for long-term investment. Not much rental demand yet.
The area is budget-friendly. Roads connecting to the highway are decent, but local lanes still need work. Shops for daily items are close by.
I have a small house here near the Bhima River that I rent to factory staff. Demand is average, but occupancy stays stable. The area has scope for growth.
I stay here with my wife and two kids. The area is calm, mostly residential. There’s a government school nearby and a few local clinics. Public transport is limited, so I drive to work.
I have seen this area grow slowly. Earlier, it was mostly empty land. Now, there are apartments and even some delivery services operating regularly. Roads are still narrow, and garbage collection is irregular.
I visited Rathinamangalam last year and bought a small apartment unit for rental income. WE don't see high demand for rent, but I’ve found students.
Our house is in one of the newer layouts. It’s a peaceful area with minimum traffic. Kids cycle around safely. There is a temple and small grocery store nearby.
Living here for a year now. Not too many commercial buildings, fancy gyms or restaurants nearby. If you have a two-wheeler or car, it is a fine place to live.
Very good locality, easy to access by bus to Kilambakkam and Few minutes drive to ECR. Colleges,Schools are nearby but shopping stores are limited here.Students and Families has good environment over here.
I like the peaceful surroundings of Rathinamangalam. The area is close to VIT Chennai, so the area has students. Bus stops are there for commuting. Small shops and eateries manage daily needs.
The locality feels calm and green. Rent is affordable. I stay in Rathinamangalam because my workplace is nearby. Roads are decent, but street lighting could be better in some stretches. It is safe and quiet.
I shifted to Perne last year. It is far from the city centre, but manageable if you have your own bike or car. Bus services are there, but frequency is low. The area is mostly quiet, less crowded, and rent is very reasonable.
