This place has unparalleled connectedness. Residents may easily get to any location in Delhi thanks to the metro, Ring Road, and major highways. Here, there is also a considerable demand for rentals.
I've lived here for seven years, and it's a great neighborhood for a family. Schools, hospitals, and recreational facilities including parks and shopping centers are all nearby. Having a property here appeals to me.
The inexpensive rent is the main benefit for tenants. Even though I had to get used to the inconsistent water supply, I found this area convenient because it's close to my office, as well as a number of shopping centers and hospitals.
