Chittaranjan Park Reviews and Ratings (10 Reviews)
Bought a builder floor in 2010—value has tripled. However, maintenance of public parks has declined over the years.
Peaceful and culturally vibrant, but the water supply in summers is unpredictable and often requires tanker backup which becomes really costly
This locality is perfect for retirees—safe, social, and walkable. But the rapid commercial encroachment is disturbing our residential habitat
We are very happy living here. Great community vibe and greenery, but old sewage systems need a serious upgrade.
CR Park is very pleasant to live in. I love the tree lined streets. and so many temples and parks are here. so the vibe is good.
Chittaranjan Park is one of the rare areas in delhi that doesnt feel unbreathable. The pollution is near the main road is annoying but inner lanes are relatively calmer and better.
CR Park is close to the Jahapannah city forest which is one reason it feels green. But the problem here is that the market areas get very noisy and some parts of the area still face waterlogging
I feel CR park has the best bengali cuisine. The fish markets, mithai shops and small cafes all have great dishes and quality too. streets inside the colonies are quiet and nice to walk in. It is also much safer than many areas in Delhi
Properties do not stay vacant for long here. its a safe investment and the metro access through Nehru Enclave is another benefitial factors most people consider
As a bengali, I love the Bengali culture, especially during Durga Puja. But parking is a nightmare in D-block lanes.
