I love the metro connectivity here. Rent is affordable and daily needs are easily accessible within walking distance. I am glad to find this place.

Physical infrastructure is improving and water and electricity are stable. The area feels community‑oriented. Not many western‑style cafés, but local joints deliver well. Traffic jams are common near the metro station. Overall, comfortable to live in

I moved here a year back. Rent is affordable and it's close to Max Square Hospital and SBI. Metro makes commute easy. A bit polluted due to construction activities around my area.

Joined here for work, rented a house near Gokulpuri. Metro station close but finding local autos is difficult after 10 PM. Society has gated security, and food stalls serve decent North Indian meals.

It's a bit crowded like typical Delhi, but some lanes are peaceful, like the one we have bought our apartment in. Gated societies are safe and well-secured via CCTV.

The locality has a strong residential feel. People know each other, and daily needs are never far away. It can feel congested at times, but the area feels safe and lived in.

Investing here feels practical rather than premium. Properties stay occupied because people value accessibility over luxury.
