Sarvapriya Vihar Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
As a visitor, I found the colony peaceful and well-maintained. Parks are everywhere, and traffic is minimal inside but its has several cons as well. Water quality is not at all good here and the roads are poorly maintained.
Bought a 3BHK for end use. Everything is premium — the location, the community, the atmosphere. Good for families and senior citizens but the area faces water shortage at times so that is a bit annoying thing.
Rented a 2BHK for two years. Found the area very women-friendly, secure, and perfect for quiet living in the heart of Delhi. But yes, air quality is poor here and traffic cingestion in peak hours is normal here.
I invested in a builder floor in Sarvapriya Vihar. It’s an elite locality with high-end clientele. Safe and green, with excellent appreciation potential. There is, however, scope for betterment in respect of properties, roads and even civic amenities.
It's literally a South Delhi Gem, Very quiet and peaceful. it has so many gardens and parks surrounding the area , also very artistic in nature with elite people living in houses , It is an underrated gem of South Delhi compared to so many other areas like Defence Colony, gk etc (they don't stand a chance). The location is perfect and It screams Old money with very sophisticated and classy people living here. This was my first visit here and whenever I come back to Delhii I will always choose this neighbourhood Hands down!! <3 ps: it has a small members only club with amazing food and a cute temple <3
My PG was in this area. The locality is clean, safe, and peaceful. It is close to Siri Fort and Aurobindo Marg hence very well located for students. I had a good experience living here but the frequent power shortages at times caused trouble.
