I have lived here as a tenant for 2 years and liked the area. It is close to AIIMS and metro, but the buildings are old and lack proper ventilation.

The rent is affordable, and I love the peaceful vibe, but the internal roads are narrow and often congested.

My tenants are mostly students and professionals so I assure that rental demand is high and the area is also well-connected with schools, hospitals, markets, everything nearby

I bought a 2BHK here years ago—rental yield is decent, though property appreciation has been slow.

I inherited a small apartment here. While it’s not luxurious, it never stays vacant for long. Students and bachelors keep the demand high, but the rent is low here so I fail to earn good profit

Rented a 1BHK here. Affordable and safe for a single woman, though some lanes feel too isolated at night.

I chose this locality for my retired parents. The location is central, medical help is close by, and grocery shops are steps away. Just wish the roads were better.

Living in Gautam Nagar is convenient and well-connected. Rents are average, and you have easy access to markets, schools, hospitals, and public transport.

Gautam Nagar feels residential and convenient. Daily essentials are nearby, and connectivity is good, but it is not a hotspot for leisure or entertainment.
