Bakori Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Infrastructure is improving here, new roads are a big plus. Rental demand is on the rise, especially from working professionals. It is still an undervalued real estate area. Bus connectivity is strong. I see good appreciation potential in the next couple of years.
It is safe and quiet in the evenings, ideal if you work late shifts. Parking is a bit tight, especially on narrow lanes. The nearest metro is some distance, but auto rides are cheap. There are a couple of parks nearby for evening walks and a good bakery.
It is generally peaceful. Safety is fine, guards on main entry and streetlights work well. Roads around residential pockets are narrow and need patching. Community is friendly. Good location if you drive to office.
Basic facilities like water and electricity are reliable. Local markets have grown, but still, more retail options would make it better. School and hospitals close by add value. Would like better metro access in future.
Bakori has open surroundings. The area feels calm and green. Small local shops handle daily needs. Rent is affordable and the area suits people who prefer peaceful living.
Bakori feels safe and friendly. Mornings feel fresh, and traffic is very less. You can enjoy a calm lifestyle here.
It is a nice locality. Metro isn ot direct, but there’s a bus stop just 5 minutes away. Roads are mostly smooth, occasional potholes after rains. Lots of cafes around, and the gym options are decent.
