The area is well-maintained and very safe. It's close to local supermakets and shopping malls too. Public transport is limited to just one bus stop which gets very crowded in the morning. Overall, it's a good locality

Wadgaon Sheri is one of the affordable and peaceful areas in Pune. It's close to important destinations like hospitals, offices, schools, etc. There is good rental demand here due to all this infrastructure. Love the area.

It is a great locality to invest in as the value appreciation is high and the area is consistently developing with modern infrastructure. There are promising resale value as well.

I like the locality as it's safe and very accessible. Not very aesthetic but the culinary scenes is amazing here. There's a mini khau gali nearby with with various cuisines. It's definitely a delightful area to live in.

The place is sometimes overcrowded and feel congested. I feel the roads can be improved with wider lanes. But I like the overall peaceful vibe and safety of the area.

Chetpet is a well known area in Chennai. When I moved here for my job, i was overwhelmed by the vibrant environment. Commuting is super easy via kilpauk metro on green line. Love the area

Chetpet is a great area for anyone who loves a self sufficient locality. it has everything from parks, hospitals, gyms to public transport.

The traffic on harrington road can be heavy and sometimes feels frustraing in the heat weather. But still I love the area. It also close to key areas in chennai like egmore and nungambakkam. My favourite weekend spot is the government museum chennai which also has a central library.

Public transport and connectivity is a big plus for people who move here. It is a stable and long term investment zone. But it can be difficult to find new apartments here beacause most developments are in small plots

I work in a publishing company in egmore. I chose this place because it was far more lively and convenient than egmore. it has great cafes, so many parks, a metro line and still close to egmore and anna nagar
