Living in Mundhwa is convenient for my job as it's close to EON IT park. The commute is short, and the area has a good mix of residential and commercial spaces too. However, during peak hours, traffic congestion can be an issue. Overall, it's a convenient location for professionals.

The area is vibrant and very safe for students. I study in Christ College here, and it's close to where I live. There are plenty of PG accomodations here and it's bustling with Christites. The nightlife is limited though and finding autos at night becomes difficult too. Overall, it's a good area for students.

We have a residential property here which I have given on rent to some college students. The demand is steady as there are many colleges and IT parks nearby. I mostly give my flat to students, and the rental income is also good. There are all the essential facilities nearby, from eateries to supermarkets.
