The area is close to hospitals, clinics, markets, and even railway stations. But I have noticed there isn't enough parking space so roads look jammed.

Rented a 1 BHK here. The locality is vibrant and close to Dadar metro. Also, daily needs are accessible too.

The area's proximity to business hubs is a major advantage. Workplaces, ATMs, gyms, malls, everything is nearby. Property rates are a bit high and urbanisation has made the area too cramped.

Bought and rented a property here last year. Expecting good ROI as the connectivity and infrastructure is strong. Better urban planning is needed though because roads are becoming congested and some parts have old and non-redeveloped buildings.

Century Bazaar area is excellent. Prabhadevi Station is close, so daily travel becomes easy. You can buy groceries and household items in Century Bazaar Market. Siddhivinayak Temple is nearby. The area feels safe and well maintained.

I find life very convenient in Century Bazaar. Offices in Lower Parel and Dadar are easily reachable. Food options are plenty, from small cafes to proper restaurants. I like evening walks near Shivaji Park sometimes.
