Dhokali Reviews and Ratings (15 Reviews)
I live near the ISKCON temple and its always so crowded. weekends are the worst..
Dhokali is well settled. good for families. so many parks around. we never worry about medical emergencies because everything is just five minutes away..
Commuting is the only real pain because the Majiwada junction traffic is a total nightmare during peak hours. I spend way too much time stuck in jams just trying to get onto the Eastern Express Highway.. i wish there was metro
The pollution can create an impact on the value..however, the tenant profile is mostly high income IT professionals and families, which means u get consistent and on-time rental payments every month..
Decent area to rent in, calm compared to the busier Thane pockets. Kolshet Road keeps things connected. Dhokali Naka bus stop is close for daily use. Thane Station in 15 minutes is the real convenience here.
Quiet residential feel with good schools nearby, that was enough reason to buy here. Jupiter and Hiranandani Hospital are both reachable without too much effort. NaMo Grand Park side is genuinely pleasant for morning walks. No regrets at all.
Wagle Estate is a short ride and iThink Techno Campus is close enough. Ghodbunder Road gets painful in peak hours though. BKC in 45 minutes is doable on a good day, a complete disaster when traffic builds up.
Kolshet Road traffic in the evenings has gotten worse over time. The area itself is fine, clean enough and not overcrowded inside. Parking near the main road stretches is a growing problem. Still one of the better pockets in Thane West.
CP Goenka and New Horizon Scholars are both close, school options here are strong. The locality feels safe and not too rushed. ISKCON Thane nearby is a calm spot for weekends. Overall a comfortable area for a family setup.
Rental demand stays strong here, working professionals and families both prefer this pocket. Proximity to IT parks and good schools keeps vacancy low. Thane West has held its value well and Dhokali sits in a solid part of that belt.
Easy enough to reach via Kolshet Road or Eastern Express Highway depending on where you're coming from. Area feels well kept and not too chaotic. R Mall is handy when you need it. Pleasant locality to spend time in.
University of Mumbai Thane Sub-Campus and a few colleges nearby make this workable for students. PG rents are on the higher side for Thane. Food options are okay around the main road. Local buses are the main way to get around.
Eastern Express Highway and Ghodbunder Road access makes deliveries manageable. Inner roads near Dhokali Naka get tight during peak hours though. Footpath encroachment near the main commercial stretch is a problem.
Mornings near NaMo Grand Park are calm and the walking stretches are decent. Bethany and Jupiter Hospital both being close gives real peace of mind. Main road gets noisy through the day but inside the colony it stays quiet.
I absolutely love this area. its so safe and vibrant..but if u want quiet, this will overwhelm u in no time.there are always some buzz around the corner..with cafes, restaurants, temples, park etc.
