Govindpuram Reviews and Ratings (9 Reviews)
All daily needs are available within walking distance. Kirana shops, salons, fruits - nothing is too far. Roads here are quite smooth and wide enough for easy driving.
Govindpuram has many small clinics nearby. For bigger health issues, Manipal Hospital and Yashoda Hospital are reachable in 15–20 mins. Streets are fairly clean. The sweeper comes regularly.
There are many schools in and around Govindpuram. My daughter goes to Radiant Public School. School buses also come on time. The colony is calm. Less noise. People are friendly. You see families out for evening walks often.
I built our first house here a decade ago. The area has improved a lot. better roads, more greenery and also improved street lighting. it's comfortable
The area has everything within walking distance. parks, grocery stores, juice centres etc. The parking is a main problem for me. Most lanes are narrow and there's little space for parking four wheeler. even finding an apartment complex with parking is tough
The area lacks good transport options. the closest metro is 9 km away. But housing is affordable and cost effective I feel. If you work in Noida, the commute will be tough but living here is kind of peaceful than crowded areas
Govindpuram mostly attract middle income families. occupancy is rarely an issue here. The market is steady and not very speculative which is fine for me
The colonies here are safe and seem well settled. Water pressure sometimes drop during summer, otherwise, it's a decent area to live in
The area is decent and peaceful. No big crime issues are heard. Police van patrols the area at night sometimes. Not many buses come directly to Govindpuram. Have to take e-rickshaw or auto first. Metro is a bit far, too.
