Handewadi Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
I bought a flat here 4 years back, mostly for investment. At that time, the area was still developing, but now I can see clear growth. Rental demand is picking up because of proximity to IT hubs like Magarpatta and Kharadi. Roads need some work, but new projects are coming up fast.
I’ve been living here since we bought our flat 7 years ago. Earlier it was quiet and a bit remote, but now it’s much livelier. New families have moved in, kids play in the park, and the society is well maintained.
Moved here from Hadapsar last year. Rent is more budget-friendly, and I got a bigger 2BHK for the same price. Roads inside the society are good, but outside, they’re still patchy in places. Traffic can build up during office hours, but otherwise peaceful.
I was looking for affordable entry into Pune's property market and found Handewadi a good fit. Prices are still in the reasonable range, and future connectivity looks promising. There are new schools and hospitals coming up,
I came to Handewadi last month to visit my niece. The area looked peaceful and full of housing complexes. I liked that the society was neat and children were playing outside. Shops were close by, and autos were available.
Been living in Handewadi for about 8 months now. My office is in Magarpatta, and the commute is decent—usually takes me 30–40 mins. Lots of new cafes and eateries have opened up recently, which is great for weekends. The area feels safe, especially for someone living alone. Rent is still affordable compared to other parts of Pune.
