I’ve owned a flat in Wanowrie for over 10 years. The appreciation has been slow but steady. The neighbourhood is clean, and many good schools and clinics have come up, making it perfect for family life.

I've been renting in Wanowrie for a year now. The area is peaceful, with good schools, grocery shops, and cafes nearby. Public transport is decent, and I often walk to NIBM Road or Salunke Vihar for errands.

Wanowrie is one of the more balanced micro-markets in Pune. Property prices are stable, and the area is gradually seeing commercial growth. I see it as a safe long-term investment.

My short visit to Wanowrie left a positive impression. It’s one of those underrated areas in Pune—well-connected yet peaceful. The military presence nearby also adds a sense of safety and discipline to the locality.

My property here stays consistently occupied. The locality's peaceful environment and decent infrastructure make it desirable for both families and bachelors. I’ve had no issues with returns or maintenance so far.

I invested in a 2BHK in Wanowrie mainly for rental income. It attracts salaried tenants due to its proximity to Magarpatta and NIBM. Rental yields are decent, and tenant turnover is low.
