Undri is great for families. Schools are within 10–15 minutes. Daily groceries are no problem - local kirana shops, DMart, and small markets are all nearby. For major shopping, it is better to go towards Camp or other locality near.

Undri has changed a lot in the last few years. Many new apartments and townships are coming up. I bought a flat here last year - good value for money. The roads are wide and clean.

I have a flat in Undri that I’ve given on rent. Families prefer the area because it’s less noisy and has decent societies. But the public transport is not great.

I bought a flat near Undri Chowk two years ago for rental income. Many families with kids stay here. Schools, local vegetable shops, clinics, and malls are close by.

I like it here becuase the rent is less and everything is kind of nearby. The problems is water during summer.

Property prices are still affordable, and the area keeps developing. Infrastructure is slowly catching up, but appreciation looks steady and promising.
