Living in here has been convenient so far as daily essentials are close by and the vibe is lively but not chaotic.

I bought a property here pretty recently and I like the mix of residential calm with a little city buzz. Everything’s near and within reach.

There’s a nice variety of people living here such as families and students. It feels pretty diverse and everything here feels good.

The mix of older buildings and newer developments gives Kondhwa a very unique charm. It also has great accessibility as one or other shops are always open.

This locality might not be the fanciest area, but everything works. Shops, hospitals, banks, etc are all there when you need it.

I am living in the Meeta Nagar in Kondhwa. and can say it is very safe and comfortable. Close to big malls and restaurants, it feels very vibrant

Kondhwa is a very popular and prestigious locality. Many affluent families live here. It has good projects and amenities. Having a home here feels like a blessing. I just wish the transport links were more effective. If you don't have your own vehicle, it may be tough to commute around

The area has multiple lanes and sub localities with various apartments. Rent can be a bit pricey but the convenience is worth it and it is still reasonable than owning a property

Rental demand is great. It is very family oriented because of the good education and healthcare needs. the closeness to NH-60 helps commute by road.

The ocassional traffic on kondhwa main road is insane. Also the Pisoli Road. Despite that, it is a great area to live in especially if your office or college is nearby. Transportation may be challenging but overall it is a good choice of living
