Maruti Nagar in Devinagar located in North Bangalore is a peaceful area. It is very near to techhubs like Manyata tech park (6km) and Kirloskar business park (4km) and key areas like Hebbal (3km), Mekhri circle (4km) and Yeshwanthpur (6km). This area has good roads and connectivity through BMTC bus and Metro (Jalahali metro 5km). This area provides everything like schools, hospitals, parks, grocery stores, and restaurants closeby. Overall it is a safe and convenient place to live.

Moving around the internal streets here is easy on a bike, but getting onto Bellary Road during morning rush hours takes forever at the signal. Otherwise, basic groceries and local clinics are within walking distance.

Finding a direct bus from Devinagar bus stop during peak hours is a proper pain, they always arrive packed. Autos charge around 100 rupees just to drop you to Goraguntepalya metro.

Peaceful area compared to the rest of the city. Streets are lit fine at night and finding food spots or small provision shops near the main road is no issue at all.

Rents here are around 18k for decent flats, which brings stable demand. Water supply is a bit hit or miss in summer though, so tankers are frequently needed across the cross roads.

Drainage on the lower cross roads is completely messed up. Every time it rains heavy for 20 minutes, the streets flood and walking out becomes impossible. BBMP really needs to fix this spot.

Everything needed daily is right inside the layout itself. Vegetable shops, pharmacies, and small bakeries are all nearby, so living here is super comfortable without heading far out.

Autos never agree to run on meter around here... they straight away demand 150 rupees for short distance trips. Better to just walk if it is within 1 km.

Quiet residential pockets to live in, but evening traffic near the main junction builds up badly. Parking on the narrow internal lanes is also getting tougher by the day.

Goraguntepalya metro station is just 10 minutes away on a bike, which makes travel to work sorted. The area is calm and daily necessities are easily available close by.

Water timing is terrible here... water is given only for 2 hours in the early morning and garbage is just left dumped on the roadside corners for days.
