Vidyanagar Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
The house I stay in is spacious and affordable compared to other Bangalore areas. Yet, the water supply is inconsistent at times, so we often have to rely on tankers during the summer.
The locality feels secure, and neighbours are friendly. Traffic is low, making travelling less stressful. But mobile network coverage is weak in some parts of the area, which is frustrating for calls and work.
I own a property here. The area is calm, and tenants appreciate the greenery. Rentals are in demand. Still, the lack of nearby shopping and entertainment options can be a drawback.
Vidyanagar shows good potential for long-term growth. Land and property prices are still affordable compared to central Bangalore, making it a smart buy for first-time investors.
I enjoyed visiting Vidyanagar, it is calm and less crowded. The neighbourhood is friendly, and walking around is nice. Still, basic facilities like streetlights and small shops could be improved.
Vidyanagar is a calm and convenient area in North Bangalore, close to the airport (10 km). It’s a good pick for families, with nearby schools, hospital, and grocery stores. The vibe is peaceful and residential. This place is near to Yelahanka, and Hebbal. Road connectivity is decent, though traffic can be heavy during peak hours. No metro yet. Students have access to affordable PGs, especially if studying at REVA or nearby colleges. It’s also safe.
