Though I stayed for a few days the area felt nice and homely.

I have been living here since childhood and it has a warm commnunity. The only problem is that the streets are narrow and gets noisy at times.

This area has that “Old Delhi” vibe. The streets here seemed busy, and I was able to find great food and essentials within walking distance.

I’ve been renting here for a few years now. The rent here is affordable, but streets can get crowded during the day.

Since, its close to AIIMS, I bought an apartment here and rented it out. The returns have been good since then.

I really like the place. The best part is the metro station just 10 minutes away from my building. There are a few nice cafes and parks around. The area feels quite safe. The rent is reasonable for this locality, but traffic can get a bit heavy during peak hours.

I invested in Sewa Nagar last year, and I’ve seen a good increase in rental demand. The area is still developing. I think it is a good locality for long-term investment.

Sewa Nagar is a good locality if you work in Ghaziabad or Delhi. Metro access is great, and I can get to work in about 40 minutes. I love the local markets here, I always get fresh produce.

Visited Sewa Nagar to check out a potential property for investment. I found the area calm and peaceful, and the roads are decent. The metro station nearby is convenient, and I noticed some shopping centres as well.

I’ve lived in Sewa Nagar for about 5 years now. I love the fact that there’s a metro station nearby, and there are so many parks and schools around for kids. It’s very family-friendly. The roads are alright, and though it can get crowded at times.
