Owning a property here has been profitable as the locality offers good rental demand due to metro connectivity via Janakpuri East. This connectivity sometimes cause traffic congestion during peak hours

I have rented a house in this area, and I like the peaceful neighborhood. It's also safe and clean mostly but the noise levels are high during afternoons due to heavy traffic

The area is safe and generally clean but the ocassional water logging has been a major concern. The area has plenty of supermarkets and other essentials which is convenient for me.

Vikaspuri's real estate market shows promising growth as there has been good price appreciation in recent years. It's close to industrial areas and other commercial spaces, which enhances the investment potential too.

Vikaspuri is a great locality. It has good amenities and it is also close to janakpuri and krishna park extension metro lines. Very safe and clean locality.

Living in Vikaspuri was indeed a great choice for me. Although it's a rented apartment, it has all the necessart benefits like power backup, cctv, lift, etc. It is also close to Reliance Mall and Aggarwal super market.

The area has many well maintained parks and gardens. It feels very fresh and alive. But the traffic on Outer ring road is too much and disrupts the commute. the road conditions are not that good.

Vikaspuri is a well maintained and posh area. There are multiple parks and the greenery around road and inner lanes make it more peaceful. My workplace is also nearby but getting through the ORR is a hassle in the morning.

This is one of the few localities in Delhi that has low pollution levels. Congestion is an issue but still the rental yield is awesome because of connectivity and social benefits. Reputed school and hospitals are here and Reliance Mall is another charm
