Sitapuri Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
It is an okay area. The roads are fine, but parking can be a nightmare. The metro station isn’t too far, and the markets are great for daily needs. Sometimes it feels a little too noisy for my liking, but I guess it’s typical in Delhi. Rent is reasonable though.
Invested in a flat here last year. Sitapuri has been growing steadily. The metro connection and road access are key advantages. Rental demand is decent. Prices are affordable now, but I expect gradual growth.
Sitapuri has been my home for over 10 years. Roads are in decent shape, though parking can be a problem. The metro is really close, and there are a good number of shops. Could improve cleanliness and greenery around the roads.
The roads are fine, but some areas still have potholes. Metro access is great for commuting, and the local market is good. You will get grocery stores, brand outlets, tea stalls and modern coffee shops.
Sitapuri isn't your fancy area of Delhi. its practical and affordable. there's metro, railway, buses, autos easily available. so you can travel farther places conveniently. But drainage problems are concerning during monsoon so it's hard to even walk on inner lanes
One thing I like about having a house here is the excellent transportation. There is dabri mor metro within 1 km by foot. Dashrathpuri metro is also within 2 km. But noise is severe in some parts. not good if you have older people at home because the internal roads get super crowded and feels like a fish market at times
Been staying in Sitapuri for 6 months. Quiet locality, good roads, and close to a metro station. The only issue is the occasional traffic during office hours. Affordable rent and various grocery shops and cafes nearby. Feels secure, though a little cleanliness is needed near the bus stops.
