I chose Aminjikarai for its location. Can walk to most places, even during late hours. The street food is great too! Only downside is the occasional traffic near the flyover.

I have lived here for 25 years. The area's grown with us as new clinics, schools, and shops popping up. Still has that old Chennai charm. Can’t think of moving anywhere else.

I see steady rental demand here, especially from working professionals and small families. It’s close to city centers, yet not overpriced. A good long-term investment if you’re looking for stability.

My cousin lives here and so I visited her. Loved the local shops, temple gopurams, and quick access to city hotspots. It’s not polished, but it’s warm, authentic, and full of life.

I have been renting here for over a year. Location is super convenient and close to Chetpet and Anna Nagar. Noise can be an issue sometimes, but it’s great for daily commuters like me.

Renting a home is difficult in Aminjikarai, it Is close to all Central location and transit to major spots for students, working professionals, and families who value convenience. Malls, Colleges, schools and multiple restaurants, Even street food has different menus also damn good. What's not here in Aminjikarai, best place to liveby. Heavy traffic during busy traffic hours.

Aminjikarai is super convenient. It gives old chennai vibes. There are local markets, and clinics all nearby. but some parts need better drainage for sure. Intense level of waterlogging happens here

This place feels very chaotic honestly. If you are looking for open spaces and parks, this doesnt have that. But on the brighter side, I like the reasonable rent and closeness to daily needs and popular malls like SkyOne.

Aminjikarai is a developed area in chennai. It has good hospitals like Bilroth and many good education places like DAV and Loyola College, which is great for someone with a family. Its crowded, yes but also very convenient and safe

Traffic can get heavy here but honestly, the area feels familar and modern. public transport is good too like you get metro access from anna nagar east at 2 km. nungambakkam railway line is also within 2 km.

The biggest perk of Aminjikarai is that its close to key areas like Nungambakkam, Anna Nagar and also Kilpauk. Yet the rental properties are affordable and so, high in demand.
