The area is still developing but there are enough facilities like supermarkets and hospitals nearby, which makes it accessible and convenient for me. As a tenant, I find the rent cheap and affordable too.

I own a property here and the best part about the locality is the connectivity to different areas via road and railways. The rental demand is also good here due to this accesibilty.

I love the peaceful vibe of this area but the road conditons are not that great. Potholes and traffic congestion make it hard to drive, especially during monsoon

Not the best area in Chennai but it has its pros. The connectivity and affordability make the area popular but I find it too congested. The traffic is bad and there aren't enough open spaces.

Kodambakkam is a great place to invest in a property as it gives strong rental demand and have good resale value as well. Although it is still developing and needs better infrastructure, I find it profitable due to its excellent road connectivity via Anna Salai and Arcot road

The area is safe and vibrant but the lack of proper waste management can make it unbearable at times. The garbarge collection is hardly punctual, and the traffic makes it noisy during afternoons. Some parts of the area are quiet and peaceful, though. If you're up on recreation, there are plenty of spots nearby.

Daily travel is easy. Kodambakkam High Road and Arcot Road get me to most places. Ashok Nagar metro station is about 3 km away from my place. Groceries and everyday needs are covered around Trustpuram and the Kodambakkam Power Bus Station area.

I chose this area for my college. Meenakshi College for Women is within a short distance. Lanes near the railway line can be noisy. Overall, the basic needs are availabel within the area.

The rental demand is strong in Kodambakkam. You can commute from here via metro, suburban rail or buses. Parking shortages and need for big shopping malls and outlets are problems you can face.

You get the old Madras feel with modern facilities in Kodambakkam. Temples like Madras Kali Bari and some established parks are there. You can conveniently commute via metro and suburban rail.

I come to Kodambakkam for meetings. Trustpuram Bus Stop makes it simple to get around, and stores like Zudio are there. Food options are plenty on Arcot Road. It’s a lively, well-connected area.
