One good thing about the area is it has direct metro connectivity, which helps me reach my office easily. There are bus stops too, and I also take local autos sometimes. The area is clean and safe.

Have been living here since 2016, and the area has developed a lot. There are some top schools and colleges nearby. The roads have widened and the streets are well-lit during evenings. I also love how museums and chetpet ecopark are nearby for a quick weekend getaway.

A college friend of mine lives here, so I spent a few weekends in Shenoy Nagar. The Anna Nagar tower and other city landmarks were only a 15-minute drive. The area seems well-maintained and I saw garbage men early in the morning cleaning roads. It felt more residential and tidy than the tourist parts of Chennai I’ve seen.

I bought a 2 BHK here few years ago due to reasonable property rates. The area is growing, and metro connectivity makes it more appealing. There are lots of food options here, including cafes, fine dine, and street food.

Living in Shenoy Nagar has been a good experience so far. The area is peaceful and well-connected to major parts of Chennai. However, traffic congestion during peak hours can be a challenge for many.

I have been to Shenoy Nagar quite a few times, to visit my brother. He works in Anna Nagar, so chose to rent a place for its affordability. We have been to Marina Beach and Chennai government museum often, and I can say the area is pretty vibrant and fun.

The biggest advantage of living here is Shenoy Nagar Metro Station. My daily commute is much easier, and New Avadi Road provides good road access.

The locality has a calm and established residential atmosphere with hospitals and essential services nearby. But, traffic and busy roads around the area can occasionally make moving around less comfortable for senior residents.

Metro access is excellent, and the locality feels centrally located. Daily necessities are easy to find, although renting here can be expensive.

Shenoy Nagar has good long-term investment potential because of the direct Green Line metro connectivity. Established infrastructure will support demand.

Shenoy Nagar has worked well for our family because schools such as Valli Nursery and Primary School and Chennai Girls Higher Secondary School are accessible nearby. Hospitals, metro connectivity and daily shopping options also make routine life convenient.

Our experience has been very positive. The locality offers good access to schools, healthcare facilities and shopping destinations...the tree-lined streets make it feel more pleasant than many crowded parts of Central Chennai.
