The area is well-maintained and I like how Aundh offers excellent connectivity to major areas like Shivajinagar in Pune, which makes commuting easier for me. The problem I generally face is traffic during peak hours.

Owning a property here is a wise decision for many reasons. I have been here for the past five years, and the area provides connectivity to key areas in Pune like Baner and Hinjewadi. This also leads to good rental demand. The environment is peaceful and safe too for families and young bachelors.

The area has plenty of cafes and restaurents, and it's a very happening locality in Pune. I found the roads are also well maintained and property lit during evenings. On the download, parking can be an issue here due to heavy congestion.

The area boasts developed infrastructure like schools, hospitals, gyms, IT parks, etc but it lacks enough parking space. Some parts of the area are narrow and congested with no enough space to park your vehicle.

Aundh is an established area and has good facilities nearby. It is close to metro and other public transport. there are good cafes as well. It feels homely and safe

My apartment is in the wireless colony lane and very very close to the Westend Mall. The area is safe and always very vibrant. But there should be more open spaces. It feels cluttered at times due to too many buildings and shops

Aundh is a well developed area and offers top notch social amenities. It is very self sufficient which means it has all required infrastructure like good schools, colleges, top rated hospitals and even popular malls. there are many restaurents like K and the white house nearby. It is a prestigious area

From the investor's perspective, this is a profitable area. I own two properties and one is on rent. The rental demand is great and property values appreciate well. the road conditions need to be improved as there is congestion and potholes

As a student, the area is bit expensive to afford but once you start living here, you wouldn't like anywhere else. It gives a friendly atmosphere with all the vibrant culture. There aren't many parks here but you will find a few gardens near sadhu vasvani nagar. Plus I love the jaykar library close to the area
