I bought a flat in Wakadewadi 3 years back. It is close to bus stops and has good road access. Daily travel is easy. The area is busy, but everything is nearby.

Visited my sister in Wakadewadi and we stepped out to buy groceries. The local market has all essentials - sabzi, kirana, dairy. Everything is nearby and within walking distance.

I bought a 2BHK here because it’s close to work and it was not as expensive as Model Colony. The area is okay for daily life, but no proper parks or places to walk.

Buses and autos are easily available. My office in SB Road is just a short ride away. Rent is a little high, but it’s worth it for the convenience. Area is lively.

I work in IT near Shivajinagar, and Wakadewadi is perfect for me. Location is close to the office and public transport is easy. Lots of food joints around. Only issue is traffic during office hours.

Living with my wife and kid. Schools are nearby and there’s a hospital just 10 minutes away. Decent society with security. It’s safe but can be a bit noisy due to the main road.
