The infrastructure around Karve Nagar is good. We get PMPML buses, auto rickshaws for daily travel. There are no railway stations or metro access nearby.

For me, a peaceful ambience is what matter the most and I get that in Karve Nagar. It is a safe area to live with family. Proper street lighting in there on roads and streets. Frequent police patrolling also ensures our security.

I have been Karve Nagar for a decade. The infrastructure has undergone a huge change. Now, the road condition is good and they are in decent shape throughout the year. They are maintained from time to time. There are now huge shopping options. Grocery stores, shopping outlets, shopping malls, restaurants, etc., are there almost on every corner.

Cleanliness in Karve Nagar is commendable. The municipal corporation collects waste regularly. Footpaths are clean. We do not see much problem regarding water and electricity supply.

Karve Nagar offers all sorts of public amenities. Hospitals and clinics are there in a large number. We get pharmacies, diagnostic centers, and pathology labs within a short distance.

In this locality, there are many well-maintained parks where you can find walking tracks and space for yoga. Families take their kids to play there. These spaces are clean, green, and safe. Senior citizens often gather here.

Karve Nagae is close to many colleges. There are a lot of students and affordable accomodation in the area. The roads are fine.

The rental market here is evergreen. There's a good demand for rental properties, which ensures a high occupancy rate. However, the properties are mostly old and require regular maintenance.

This area used to be a quiet residential suburb, but the rapid commercialisation has made it very crowded and noisy. The constant traffic and lack of parking make it a difficult place.

It is a convenient place to live. However, the traffic congestion, noise levels, and the transient student population might not be ideal for families with young children or those seeking a quiet neighborhood.
