Rent is okay but houses are a bit old. All daily provisions and grocery stores are within walking distance inside Saligramam lanes. Water supply comes only for 2 hours every morning.

High rental cash flow because media and corporate workers prefer this central layout. Basic drainage works fine during normal days. Properties get occupied very fast.

The layout gets heavily waterlogged even during normal monsoon rains. Water enters low lying lanes and takes days to clear out. Inner drains are completely old and choked.
