peaceful, affordable and slightly far from city buzz.

Senthil Nagar feels safe and quiet during nights too. Rented a 2bhk here. the area is mostly independent houses and small apartments. You get grocery stores and clinics nearby... but for malls or cafes you need to go towards Guduvanchery or Tambaram

Mixed experience. Been here for almost a decade. its residential and feels local but the streets are not great and civic issues also not looked after properly...like parking issues.. water supply and power cuts are common

Good for families..but infrastructure like drainage and road quality depends street to street.

Not a premium hotspot yet but the growth depends on the chennai metropolitan area. connectivity is decent with Vandalur station and NH but there's lack of metro here

Rajivgandhi Nagar is a peaceful neighborhood in sriperumbudur. very quiet and lovely. people are nice. its a bit far from chennai main city but good choice if you want peace

it works if you work remotely or want a quiet living space. not great if you're commuting to chennai everyday. theres limited transportation. there's nothing much to do on weekends

Properties are much affordable here. land value has gone up in past year but its good for settling down post retirement. just dont expect high end social life here. its very minimal.

I stayed here when i was a teacher at sriperumbudur high school. moved out last year but i partly miss the quiet environment. but its not convenient if you want a social and nightlife. even for cafes or good malls, you have to travel far

Rental demand exists mainly from factory employees and workers....demand for plots and small houses is increasing with infrastructure improvements
