It’s good for long-hold investments. Rates are low and locals are welcoming. But connectivity remains a challenge. Rental returns are modest at best.

Putlur is peaceful and humble. Nothing fancy, but it’s got a certain old-world charm. A great spiritual stop, but definitely not a touristy place.

I’ve been renting a 2BHK in Putlur. The rent is low, but there’s limited nightlife or social scene. It suits families or retirees more than young working folks.

I bought land here hoping for future appreciation. Development is slow, but there's scope as nearby zones get more urbanized. Not ideal for short-term flipping.

Affordable rentals and less crowded than nearby areas. No malls or fancy cafes, but it’s safe and family-friendly. Needs better public transport though.

It is located pn the outskirt of Chennai and it has lots of amenities to look for. The area is green and calm with open plots are available.

This area lacks with connectivity and places to explore from here. And it has limited amenities for residents in this area.
