Visited relatives last month in Puzhal. The locality had a relaxed vibe with a mix of old and new buildings. I noticed decent public amenities, and local food joints were good. It felt like a hidden residential gem.
I’ve rented a 2BHK in Puzhal for the last 8 months. It’s peaceful, with access to local shops and schools. Bus connectivity is decent, though auto fares are high. Water supply is regular and the community is family-friendly.
I had only passed through Puzhal earlier, but after spending a weekend here, I noticed how serene and family-oriented it is. Clean roads, local tea stalls, and a strong sense of community stood out.
As a working woman, safety matters to me. Puzhal offers that. My apartment is in a gated complex with decent maintenance. Commute to Madhavaram takes time, but otherwise, the experience has been smooth so far.
We bought our independent home in Puzhal ten years ago. The area has gradually developed with better roads and new clinics. It’s not fancy but is safe, affordable, and has a good mix of working professionals and families.
Living in puzhal for 5 years now, This place has gated communities and family friendly environment for kids and working professionals. Shopping places, schools and colleges like Vellammal are close to Puzhal. Good food spots in plenty. Puzhal lake is very good spot for jogging and for evening sunsets.
Bought a plot in Puzhal five years ago, and I’ve seen its value rise steadily. With increasing development in North Chennai, I expect better returns in the coming years. Low investment risk, especially for first-time buyers.
