Munnekollal Reviews and Ratings (7 Reviews)
Living in Munnekollal has been quite convenient for me. It’s just a short ride to Marathahalli and Outer Ring Road, so getting to office is quick. BMTC buses are frequent, and autos are easily available. Rent is still affordable compared to nearby tech areas.
I bought a small 2BHK in Munnekollal as a rental property. Demand from working professionals is steady, thanks to the proximity to tech parks and ORR. Not fancy, but solid in terms of returns.
Went there for some shopping and doctor visit. The place is full of life, with local stores and vendors at every corner. But I did feel the internal roads are too narrow for smooth movement. Parking was a bit of a struggle.
The area has a lively feel, with lots of students and professionals around. Cafes and small snack joints are everywhere. Public transport is easy to find. Not the greenest locality, but it’s not noisy or unsafe. I like that everything is within reach.
I built a house here about 12 years ago. The place was much quieter back then. Now it's more crowded but still peaceful compared to other parts of East Bangalore. Tenants are easy to find, especially young working people.
Munnekolal is near schools, college and malls and it's center place
Munnekollal feels like a proper residential pocket. We have supermarkets, pharmacies, temples, and even small clinics around. It’s easy to manage daily life here. The roads can get cramped, but otherwise it’s homely.
