Neelasandra Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
Bought a 2BHK apartment near the main road. The place gets frequent rental inquiries due to its proximity to Hosur Road and MG Road. Area is a bit old in layout, but that’s part of its character. Still seeing good rental income.
Neelasandra is one of those Bangalore areas that hasn’t lost its soul. People know each other, and there’s a strong community feel. We have both old timers and new tenants now. It's noisy sometimes.
Neelasandra has that old-Bangalore charm. You’ll find churches, mosques, and temples all close by. It’s quite lively during festivals, which I enjoy. Public transport is no hassle. there are plenty of buses and autos.
Visited my cousin, who recently moved here. The locality feels quite traditional. There are lots of small stores and religious places nearby. It's bustling but friendly.
I own a house here and rent the top floor. Demand is decent because of the central location. People working in Richmond Town and Shantinagar prefer this side. Yes, roads are narrow, but the convenience makes up for it.
I’ve been living in Neelasandra for about a year now. It’s super close to the city centre, so my office commute to MG Road is barely 15 minutes. The rent is still manageable compared to nearby areas. Roads are a bit narrow.
