We rented a 2 BHK here last year. Parks are walking distance. The area is mostly clean and safe. Traffic can be a headache around cross‑roads during peak time. But local shops, cafes, and clinics nearby helps with daily needs.

It's well-connected through metro and BMTC buses. I like how close it is from Bengaluru Palace but traffic is a consistent issue. Roads are always packed.

The area is good mostly because of its affordable rates and connectivity. What I like the most is the National Gallery of Modern Art which is just 3 km from here. Bengaluru Palace is also around 2 km away.

I stayed here for 6 months during a project. Love how easy it is to get around. BMTC and metro are so handy . Roads are maintained well, area is clean.

I attended a small art event at a café here. Getting there was smooth via BBMP bus. The area was clean and had a few small parks.

I live in Vyalikaval, the area is calm and green. Markets, temples, and small eateries are close by. The locality feels safe and well-maintained. The rent is slightly high, but the quality of life is great.

Sankey Road has peaceful surroundings. Malleswaram 8th Cross shopping area is nearby for daily needs. Roads are clean, and traffic is less compared to other parts. It feels ideal for tenants who prefer quiet living.
