I am living here for almost a year now. It’s peaceful, close to Indiranagar, and has great bus connectivity. Shops and clinics are nearby, though the roads need better lighting at night.

As a property owner, I find tenant demand consistent due to its proximity to HAL and Bagmane Tech Park. Rental yields are decent, and maintenance is manageable.

We bought a house here for retirement. Peaceful surroundings, friendly community, and plenty of green corners make it great for senior citizens like us.

As a first-time visitor, I found Vinayak Nagar to be a peaceful pocket in East Bangalore. It’s close to busy areas like Indiranagar, but much quieter. The streets are narrow but clean, and there are plenty of local bakeries and general stores.

Renting in Vinayak Nagar has been affordable and practical. My 2BHK is near the main road, and essentials are all walkable. It’s ideal for working professionals.

Investing here made sense due to affordability and long-term growth. I bought a 2BHK in 2021 and already see appreciation. It’s not fancy, but it’s solid.

Gangondanahalli is affordable to rent in unlike many parts of Bangalore. cost of living is low and i like the space and peace over here. But nothing much to do except going to temples and parks here. no social nightlife

The area is not entirely residential so theres usually noise and dust from industrial warehouses. but overall, its not a bad area to settle down in if you work around Peenya or Yeshwanthpur

Ayanavaram is a great area to live in. everything from hospital to cafes to public transport are short distance. it feels very vibrant and safe except the usual traffic on main roads

I have been living here for almost 4 years now on rent. The apartments are well maintained. infrastructure has improved so much. food options are also plenty
