We live close to the Adeeswar temple..its very peaceful area..but the streets are often badly lit at night...

road conditions are pretty bad here..rainy seasons means the mud makes it impossible to walk to the bus stop without ruining your shoes. The drainage definitely needs a major upgrade from the municipality.

I wish we had more parks around for more greenery because the current spaces are mostly just empty plots with weeds.

St anthony has cheaper rentals than nearby areas..my office isnt far so commute feels manageable with my scooty..the heat is unbreable though..and with almost no trees around this feels like a desert

Steady income market this is. dominated by staff from the nearby schools and workers from the industrial places. you won't get premium rents here but the vacancy rate is low

The area offers peaceful and affordable housing away from the chaotic city crowds. It has smooth connectivity to the outer ring road, making it convenient if you own a personal vehicle.

No proper municipal water pipeline connection has been provided fully yet. We rely completely on deep borewells. Road conditions during heavy monsoons turn very muddy and waterlogged.

Rent is highly budget-friendly compared to the core areas of Chennai. Basic daily grocery shops and milk booths are accessible within walking distance from the residential block.

The environment is open and less polluted, which is beneficial for health. However, top-tier international schools and large multi-specialty hospitals require traveling a bit far towards the main highways.

The colony has developed steadily in terms of basic infrastructure over the past decade. Electricity supply is mostly reliable now, and the overall neighborhood vibe is very peaceful.

Mornings are wonderfully quiet, clean, and silent, which is perfect for elderly walks. Local residents are respectful and maintain a simple lifestyle, away from major city pollution.

I come here to visit warehouse plots occasionally. Open space for parking four-wheelers is never an issue since the layout is spread out, but the internal layout streets remain unpaved.

Land plot rates are exceptionally affordable right now. Perfect zone for long-term land investments as outer Chennai industrial and transit corridors continue to expand.

There are no student hangout zones, libraries, or printing kiosks anywhere in the direct vicinity. Commuting to major city colleges takes a long time and multiple bus changes.

The low population density means daily customer walk-ins are highly limited. The approach lanes get completely muddy and unusable after a single heavy spell of rain, blocking suppliers.
