Billamaranahalli Reviews and Ratings (6 Reviews)
The neighbourhood is quiet and family-friendly. Kids play in the compound and we’ve got a local school nearby. Clinics and shops are a walk away. Roads are maintained regularly. I feel secure here, and people are warm and welcoming.
Living in Billamaranahalli has its pluses and minuses. It is a calm neighbourhood with green stretches. But public transport is limited, buses are not frequent, and autos charge extra at night. There are some good cafes and stores around.
Rental yield is steady here. Mostly, the tenants are IT folks. No big fancy malls yet, but local markets serve daily needs. Sometimes, we see monsoon waterlogging, but manageable.
No metro but auto and cab are readily available. Rents are stable. Only worry is occasional water logging during heavy rains. But overall a good choice.
Billamaranahalli is a peaceful, developing locality in Northern Bangalore it is located close to Kempegowda International Airport. It is a good locality for people who work near the airport and want affordable land value in a quiet area. The surroundings are clean and there’s not much traffic like cities. However, it doesn’t have many schools, hospitals, shops, or good public transport yet. It could be a good investment in the future, but living here now might feel a bit far from the main parts of the city.
Billamaranahalli is a nice neighbourhood. Roads are broad, though buses come infrequently. Good eateries and a gym nearby. Safe and budget-friendly for young professionals.
