Shettigere is a quiet, greenary area near the airport, great if you’re looking to build a home away from the city noise. It’s still developing, but has solid investment growth for future with new layouts and projects are developing. It is still in developing stage for basic amenities, so you'll need to head to Yelahanka or Hebbal for schools, hospitals, and shopping. Not much public transport either, so having your own vehicle is preferable.

I have been renting here for a year. It is calm and near to the airport, which I love. But getting cabs late at night is tough, and grocery delivery sometimes takes longer than usual.
