Devanahalli is a rapidly developing locality. The best thing about this locality is that it is located near Kempegowda International Airport. The roads are wide and well-maintained.

I like the peaceful and semi-urban environment of Devanahalli. It is not very densely populated. There are open lands and free spaces. Street lighting is decent.

Devanahalli is a family-friendly neighbourhood. The area is safe and peaceful. There are some decent schools, colleges and hospitals nearby. For daily needs, there are grocery shops, shopping outlets within short distance.

Devanahalli is still a developing area. There are supermarkets, local shops, and bakeries nearby. However, large malls or high-end restaurants are not very close. For serious shopping or fine dining, residents usually go to neighbouring areas.

BMTC buses connect to Hebbal, Majestic and other localities in Bangalore. The frequency is low during non-peak hours. There is currently no metro service in the area.

Driving to North Bengaluru is straightforward due to NH 44 plus State Highways 9 and 104. Daily shopping is easy at Sai Mart, and for bigger purchases, we can go to Sri Venkateshwara or Good Hope City Mall.

I wish for better last‑mile transport. Some internal roads need upkeep after rain. Shopping choices are improving, yet for premium brands, we still drive toward the city.

Devanahalli is located close to major highways, NH 44, SH 104 and NH 648. I view it as a long-hold real estate market as the demand is rising.

The area is practical and affordable, but there’s no metro nearby. I rely on the Devanahalli Old Bus Stand. Peak hours can mean longer bus waits. Schools are close, and most essentials are within a short distance.

Devanahalli is a good residential place. Evenings are quiet, and neighbourhood parks and the High School Ground are there for green and open spaces. For healthcare, Akash Super Speciality and Shri Shirdi Sai Multispeciality cover most needs.
