Byagadadenahalli Reviews and Ratings (10 Reviews)
Very far from the main city and public transport is poor. Was waiting near Avadadenahalli Gate for a bus almost 40 minutes. Very few cabs agree to come here in the late evening, quite inconvenient...
Good calm area to stay away from city noise. Basic shops are there on Chandapura-Anekal main road for daily kitchen needs. Water supply relies mostly on tankers but managed fine. Greenery is still intact which is nice.
Great potential for long term plots and houses. Close to Alliance University and industrial belts. Land rates are decent right now compared to core areas. Road widening near the main stretch has made access much better.
Quiet place to live, no doubt. But food delivery options are very limited on apps and cab drivers keep cancelling rides. Roads inside get muddy whenever it rains heavily. Okayish place if you just want budget rent.
Daily life is quite sorted here. Marsur market is nearby for fresh vegetables and groceries. BMTC 356 series buses run regularly towards Anekal and Chandapura. Footpaths are missing on internal stretches, so evening walks are on the road only.
Came to visit a friend staying near VBHC layouts. The area is calm but feels very remote after 8 PM. You won't get good cafes or big supermarkets right in the locality, gotta head out to Chandapura for everything.
Road condition inside is terrible with full dust everywhere. Garbage gets dumped on empty plots and nobody cleans it for days. Power cuts happen often during rains. IMO not worth staying unless your workplace is right next door.
Water problem is a continuous headache here. Borewell water is hard and tanker prices keep fluctuating every month. Evening traffic near Marsur gate signal builds up unnecessarily because of bad lane discipline.
Plots here are affordable and open spaces give a good relaxed vibe. Connectivity towards Electronic City via Chandapura is decent during non-peak hours. Good choice for investment if you are holding for few years.
Peaceful spot if you work near Chandapura or Bommasandra. Rent is cheap and you get proper space. Autos don't run on meter here so having your own bike is better. Street lights are a bit dim on internal roads at night.
