I bought a 2BHK in Bopkhel five years ago. The area was quiet and underdeveloped then. Now, it's slowly growing. Good for long-term investment, but civic issues like road repairs still are there

Visited a friend recently in Bopkhel. The place has a village vibe, but is surprisingly close to the city. Public transport is limited, though auto availability is okay.

Bought land here 7 years ago. Now I see small apartments and shops coming up. Development is visible, but slow-moving.

I found the locality to be a great place. If you want peace and don’t mind ordering groceries in advance, this is an ideal locality but yes, there is not much nightlife or entertainment around.

I spent a weekend here, found the locality very quiet and almost felt like a retreat. But it's not convenient if you’re used to metro city vibes.

Living in Bopkhel for two years. Love the calm atmosphere and space. Commute is manageable, though roads need improvement urgently.

येथे आदित्य बिर्ला मेमोरियल रुग्णालय , वत्सल्य चिल्ड्रन्स अँड मल्टीस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पिटल आणि मनिपाल हॉस्पिटल (बाणेर) सारख्या प्रमुख रुग्णालयांमध्ये सहज प्रवेश मिळतो. संचिती इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल आणि मराठवाडा मित्र मंडळाचे कॉलेज ऑफ फार्मसी सारख्या प्रतिष्ठित शैक्षणिक संस्था थेरगावमध्ये किंवा जवळ आहेत. वाकड, पिंपळे सौदागर आणि बाणेरच्या तुलनेत थेरगावमध्ये अनेकदा अधिक परवडणारे मालमत्ता पर्याय उपलब्ध आहेत, ज्यामुळे खरेदीदार आणि भाडेकरूंसाठी हा एक चांगला पर्याय ठरतो. हिंजवडी आयटी पार्क जवळ असल्यामुळे येथे काम करणाऱ्या आयटी व्यावसायिकांसाठी हे एक पसंतीचे ठिकाण आहे.

केंद्रीय विद्यालय (Kendriya Vidyalaya 2 CME), जे. जे. इंग्लिश मीडियम स्कूल, डॉ. डी. वाय. पाटील कॉलेज ऑफ एज्युकेशन इत्यादी संस्था जवळ आहेत. विवेकानंद हॉस्पिटल, साई मल्टीस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पिटल, मोरया हॉस्पिटल यांसारख्या सुविधा उपलब्ध आहेत. नेक्टिव्हिटी सुधारल्यामुळे या परिसरात आता मोठे बांधकाम प्रकल्प आणि अपार्टमेंट्स वेगाने उभे राहत आहेत. या परिसरापासून नाशिक फाटा रोडमार्गे हिंजवडीला जाणे आता सोपे झाले आहे.

The area is suitable for independent houses and low density housing. Maintenance is manageable. However civic development happens gradually.

Renting here is comfortable because noise levels are low and streets are relaxed. Air quality feels better than central Pune. On the negative side connectivity to workplaces takes extra time.
