I bought a 2BHK in Thergaon three years ago. It’s been a good investment with steady appreciation. The area is developing well and has basic amenities within walking distance. It’s perfect for families looking for long-term living.

I’ve been renting in Thergaon for a year. The locality is peaceful, rent is affordable, and it’s close to my office in Hinjewadi. Grocery stores, schools, and clinics are all easily accessible, which makes life convenient.

I invested in Thergaon in 2019 and it’s been a steady gainer. Rental demand is consistent, thanks to nearby tech hubs. It’s not fancy, but perfect for mid-segment buyers and investors looking for solid returns.

Living in Thergaon as an owner has been peaceful. There are parks, shops, and medical stores nearby. Infrastructure is improving, and the neighborhood feels safe. I’m glad I bought a home here when prices were still reasonable.

I moved to Thergaon with my family recently. It’s a calm area with good residential complexes. Our kids have nearby schools, and the environment is friendly. We’re happy with the cleanliness and nearby market access.

I visit Thergaon often to meet relatives. It’s a well-settled residential area with basic infrastructure. Roads are decent, and there’s no chaos like city centers. I always find it calm and surprisingly accessible.

Thergaon is a good neighbourhood. Aundh-Ravet Road gives me excellent connectivity to both Aundh and Ravet. It is also close to NH 48.

The real estate market in Thergaon attracts families. It has good access to roads and educational institutions. There are some apartments and villas up for sell near major roads.

Our home is near the well-maintained Rolex Road. The commute to commercial areas and shopping centres is smooth. The area is also close to bus stops and metro stations.

There are quality educational institutions near Thergaon, including preschools and primary schools. The PCMC Metro Station on the Purple Line gives convenient transport options for our family.

The metro station at PCMC and bus stops nearby at Thergaon Phata provide good options for commuting across Pune. The roads are well maintained, particularly Rolex Road, ensuring comfortable transit.

Moving around Block F Zaildar Enclave Nawada Road is very easy because the wide internal roads keep traffic flowing nicely. Water supply is regular for 2 hours every morning with good pressure, and power cuts are rare.

Local grocery shops sort daily needs well, but big markets are a bit far from here. Also, evening traffic builds up heavily near the main sector entry point.

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs. TBH

The evening traffic jam near the main crossing of Best Nagar Goregaon West Goregaon is getting worse day by day. Internal streets get heavily flooded during monsoons, making it a nightmare to step out. truly annoying.

Too much dust from open plots and broken road patches makes riding a bike here a pain. The whole area gets dirty or low pressure tap water, forcing us to buy private tankers. NGL

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay.

Shops for all daily essentials are within walking distance inside Thergaon. You can easily catch shared rides to the nearest metro station or train terminal from the corner stand.

Water supply is the biggest headache in this pocket of Jor Bagh. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

Liveable area but the water supply timing here is strict, coming only for 2 hours in the morning. Internal sector roads are fine but the main junction outside gets bad jams daily. sorted.
