Living in Moshi is convenient for so many reasons. The area is well-connected, and all necessary amenities like schools, hospitals, and markets are within 400 meters. I wish there were more public transport options.

The area has wide roads and good infrastructure but it's better to have your own vehicle to move around as public transport is limited. metro is 10 km away from here.

It's a quiet residential area, away from the central Pune which can be inconvenient at times to commute but overall, peaceful and airy because of the open spaces.

It's close to Bhosari & Chakan MIDC and all required shops and clinics are nearby. The area is well-known in the area and has good community engagement too. Rent is affordable too

The locality has a good rental yield due to its proximity to industrial areas. Investing here can provide consistent rental income. Price appreciation is good too.
