The area is affordable and the quality of life is good with plenty of green and open spaces. There are a few local eateries but there's lack of good cafes and fine dine areas.

We live in an apartment near PCMC Garden and it offers a peaceful environment with ample green spaces. The locality is safe, and amenities are within walking distance. The only downside is occasional water supply issues during summers

It's a mix of residential and industrial area. While it's a good option for families and fulfills daily needs, the air pollution can impact the overall quality of life.

Living close to metro is a huge plus for daily commuting. I also find the rent quite affordable than most areas in Pune. The area is safe and usually clean.

I often visit my grandparents here, and love the overall vibe of the place. Except a few things: there's too much noise and air pollution around the locality which could be because of the constant construction work and industrial zones nearby. But the presence of parks and gardens increases the overall appeal for me.

पिंपरी चिंचवड कॉलेज ऑफ इंजिनियरिंग (PCCOE) , डी. वाय. पाटील (D.Y. Patil) शैक्षणिक संस्था जवळ असल्यामुळे शिक्षणासाठी उत्तम आहे. यशवंतराव चव्हाण मेमोरियल हॉस्पिटल , अंकुशराव लांडगे मल्टीस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पिटल जवळ आहे. हा परिसर भोसरी, चिंचवड आणि पिंपरी एमआयडीसी (MIDC) औद्योगिक क्षेत्रांना खूप जवळ आहे, ज्यामुळे येथे काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी हे अत्यंत सोयीचे आहे.
