Living close to metro is a huge plus for daily commuting. I also find the rent quite affordable than most areas in Pune. The area is safe and usually clean.

The streets around Thergaon feel safe but a few corner roads get dark after 9 PM. You just need to store water properly in tanks to manage throughout the day... otherwise okay.

Autos overcharge like crazy during office hours, asking 60 rupees for very short distances. Heavy trucks passing through nearby roads create a lot of noise and vibration all night.

The locality is peaceful but finding a direct auto during peak rush hours is a gamble. We have to walk to the main road for cheap dhabas, photocopy shops, and ATMs.
