Dallupura Reviews and Ratings (9 Reviews)
I’ve been living in Dallupura for 2 years now. It’s quite affordable, especially for families. Local markets are nearby, and connectivity to Noida via the Delhi-Meerut Expressway is good. The area feels relatively peaceful and secure.
I live in my own house here, and I like how calm the area is. We have a good community network, local shops, and decent road connectivity. It’s away from Delhi’s chaos yet not too far.
As a tenant, I appreciate Dallupura’s reasonable rents and spacious housing. Water and electricity supply are stable. Public transport options are decent, though the roads could be better maintained in some pockets.
Dallupura’s location between Delhi and Noida makes it a strategic spot. Property prices are still affordable, and development is slowly picking up. It’s a good long-term bet for mid-level investors.
Dallupura is very local and has affordable housing. Water supply is generally fine but summers can be challenging
The area is not fancy but very practical and safe. the pollution is high though and if you live close to the main road, then its more noisy and dusty. Parking is also a bit hassle inside deep lanes
It is a Affordable place to own a home. The area is developing slowly, and property prices are still reasonable in here.
This area to stay with basic facilities nearby. Connectivity is okay, but surroundings are quite simple.
I visited a friend’s home in Dallupura and was surprised by how quiet and laid-back the area is. It’s not very posh, but it has a grounded charm and essentials like pharmacies and grocery stores nearby.
