We've been here for a while now. It's a place where people know each other, but urban planning hasn't kept pace with population growth.
I bought a small unit here a while ago. Not much appreciation yet, but the rental flow is steady and that’s what I needed.
People here are helpful but roads are crowded during office hours and you will be stuck in traffic for hours.
