I have rented a 2 BHK in Dammaiguda for Rs. 22,000 per month, which is quite affordable compared to inner-city areas. My daily commute to Secunderabad station is smooth as TSRTC bus 37D stops a minute’s walk away. The Outer Ring Road entry is just 6 km down the road, so weekend drives are easy too. There’ are hospitals and small clinics within 3 km too.

I bought a 1 BHK here in early 2022, and the value has risen by 4% over the last three years. The area is slowly developing as internal roads are being built. The road connectivity is good but some areas need proper drainage systems.

We have a 2 BHK apartment here, and have rented it out to few IT professionals. The demand is steady, due to good transport facilities and metro. However, railway station is very far, which generally causes problems to tenants.

I came here to visit the Dammaiguda Lake, and was impressed by the peace. The whole locality was quiet in the morning, and had less traffic as compared to other key areas in Hyderabad. My cousin also lives nearby, and I have heard there are good picnic spots here for family outings. I also saw some temples and lots of food stalls nearby.

I moved to a 2 BHK unfurnished apartment here, but it's spacious and close to my office. Railway station is around 15 km from here, which is the only downside but overall, all basic essentials are easily accessible.

Dammaiguda has its pros and cons. What I love is the green patches and wide roads in my colony. what bugs me is rainy days as it brings waterlogging. Also there's no metro yet so commuting is a struggle

I love the area for its quiet surroundings but there's no nightlife which kills the social life

The connectivity is good from Nehru ORR but public transport can be better. The area isn't as vibrant or lively as central hyderbad so you may feel like you're living on the outskits

Dammaiguda area has good air quality and the area around the lake and parks is nice to walk on.

Dammaiguda is an emerging residential area. it can be good for rentals but the infrastructure growth may take some time so its not ideal for quick conversions
