Malkajgiri Reviews and Ratings (10 Reviews)
One of the few places in Hyderabad where you still find independent houses. I do wish the street lighting was better at night though.
Living here is quite convenient with schools, banks, and markets close by. Only concern is occasional traffic jams during peak office hours.
Good place for families with decent schools and clinics. Still, garbage disposal can be inconsistent and needs improvement in some areas.
The vibe is calm and ideal for raising kids. I just wish the municipality would fix the potholes faster.
Malkajgiri is a nice area. everything is close from hospitals to malls. Its safe and comfortable
The area feels vibrant with all amenities close by. public transport is good. you also get autos easily here. Its been 2 years of my coming here. i havent felt any major issue except the limited dining options in the area. but you can go to secunderabad easily.
Malkajgiri feels traditional but in a good way. But i do wish there were some premium apartments and new modern projects here. Theres limited gated societies here. and many inner colonies have poor road maintaienence and drainage issues
The area is famous for its temples and churches. there are fewer parks but its still calmer than secunderabad. its actually a smart choice for those working in secunderabad and want an affordable rental
Good ROI for mid segment properties here. the rental demand is actually stable and mostly consistent for 2 BHKs. but due to older buildings in the area, appreciation is slower than usual
It’s a peaceful residential area with easy train access. The MMTS station really helps. But you might struggle with parking space in narrow lanes.
