Life here is quieter than many crowded inner city areas which is great for us. Schools and clinics have come up. But major malls or social hotspots still takes 20-30 minutes

The area has lots of new projects. gated communities are modern and fresh. It's an ideal place to settle down. but some basic civic amenities are lacking in some parts. street lighting for that matter and road maintainence is low

The risk with Tellapur is that infrastructure is still catching up. Water supply issues have been raised too in some parts and some transport links like metro are also far.
