Hafeezpet is a good residential area for professional like me. The train station is near my place. I can take the local train from Hafeezpet station to go to my office. Buses are also available often. Not much waiting time. Shared autos are common. Travelling to other areas is easy.

The roads are decent. Sometimes, traffic gets stuck at signals. GHMC collects garbage regularly. Our colony stays mostly clean. There are markets, vegetable stores, kirana shops, malls and other necessary facilities close.

I stay here as a tenant with my family. I chose this area as it is close to Hitech City, my office area. Plus, there are good schools and hospitals here. Nearby clinics are good. Even labs and pharmacies are nearby.

Many schools are nearby. My kids go to Bhavya Talent School, within 2 km. Buses pick them up from our lane. Besides the schools, the market area, necessary shops and malls are also within a short distance.

Peaceful area. Not too noisy. There are various apartments and independent homes. Evenings are quiet. Plenty of shops for daily needs. Groceries, bakeries, even a mall nearby. Online delivery works well, too.

I feel safe even while walking at night. Street lights work. Security guards are there in most apartments. Police patrolling is frequent here.

Hafeezpet is a good area, preferred by mostly employees. There are not much issues regarding water and electricity supply. There are water tanks and generators for emergencies. Bore and municipal both water are used.

Our locality is very nice and suitable for everyone who’s looking for calmness and easy access to their corporate works and entertaining life

The commute to Gachibowli is easy via NH65 and the Outer Ring Road. There are many cafes and gyms in and around Hafeezpet. The area feels safe, and water and power supply are stable.

Hafeezpet has good growth prospects thanks to its connectivity to NH65 and Outer Ring Road. The area attracts professionals from nearby IT hubs like Gachibowli and Miyapur. Rental demand is strong due to proximity to reputed schools and hospitals.

Living in Hafeezpet is peaceful. Roads can get busy during peak hours, especially Hafeezpet Road, but metro and buses make travel easier. Forum Sujana mall is a favorite hangout with plenty of shops and eateries. Hospitals like Padmaja and Srikara are close.

Hafeezpet has many gated communities and green spaces. Public transport is well-connected with Miyapur Metro and buses. Roads are good but parking can be tricky near malls. It is a clean and safe neighbourhood.
